Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, activating, or using Aurave ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Aurave is a "Now Playing" stream widget that displays your currently playing music on your live stream via Streamlabs. The Service uses Last.fm scrobbling to retrieve track information in real time.

3. License

Upon purchase, you receive a single-user, non-transferable license to use Aurave on one Streamlabs installation. You may not:

  • Share, resell, or redistribute your license key
  • Use the same license key on multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Reverse engineer or copy the widget code

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if the widget does not function as described. To request a refund, reply to your purchase confirmation email with a description of the issue. Refunds are processed through Gumroad.

5. Service Availability

Aurave is provided "as is." We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for outages caused by third-party services (Last.fm, Streamlabs, Vercel, Supabase).

6. License Termination

We reserve the right to deactivate a license key without refund if we detect:

  • Sharing or redistribution of the license key
  • Abuse of the service or API infrastructure
  • Fraudulent purchase (chargebacks)

7. Intellectual Property

All code, design, and branding associated with Aurave is the intellectual property of the developer (Tamás Mészáros). Aurave is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to TIDAL, Last.fm, or Streamlabs.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aurave and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
